SMS Terms & Consent

These terms apply to patient SMS messages sent by participating dental offices and, separately, to messages sent through the Missed Calls Dental public demo.

Who operates Missed Calls Dental

AllyExporter LLC develops and operates the Missed Calls Dental product. For public demo messages, AllyExporter LLC is the sender. For patient messages, the participating dental office identified in the message is the sender, and Missed Calls Dental provides the messaging technology.

Participating offices

Patient messaging

A participating dental office may use Missed Calls Dental to send operational messages about a recent call, callback request, or appointment-related communication. The message should identify the dental office. Message frequency varies based on your communication with that office.

The dental office is responsible for obtaining any consent required before sending messages. A phone call alone does not authorize unrelated or promotional text messages. Consent applies to the identified sender and does not authorize unrelated businesses to contact you.

Messages are not medical advice and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, or emergency guidance. Contact the dental office directly for clinical questions.

Public demo

Public demo SMS

If you enter your own U.S. mobile number on the Live Demo page and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Missed Calls Dental that relate only to your requested demo. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

The demo is designed to send one informational message when you request information such as the sample office location during the demo call. Message frequency may vary based on your request and replies. HELP and STOP requests may generate an additional response or confirmation.

We do not use this consent to send promotional SMS messages, and we do not use purchased contact lists.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of automated messages from the relevant sender. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further automated messages should be sent unless you later provide consent again where supported.

Reply HELP for help. You may also email [email protected]. For an appointment or patient-care matter, contact the participating dental office directly.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, filtering, recipient device settings, and applicable registration requirements and is not guaranteed.

Emergencies

Do not use SMS for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency services if you have an emergency.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records, is handled. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in the messaging programs or applicable requirements. The effective date above shows when these terms were last revised. Material changes apply prospectively.
