Missed Calls Dental is a software service owned and operated by AllyExporter LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean AllyExporter LLC, and the “Service” means Missed Calls Dental.

Who we serve

Missed Calls Dental provides AI call answering and communication tools for dental offices. The Service may answer eligible calls, create transcripts and summaries, make patient requests available in Workspace, and, when texting is active, send SMS follow-up.

Information we may process

  • Dental office account information, office configuration, and staff business contact details.
  • Virtual phone number, call routing, missed-call, busy-call, and unanswered-call metadata.
  • SMS metadata, message content, reply content, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out records.
  • Setup requests, support messages, and related email communications.
  • Billing and subscription records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full.
  • First-party website attribution data, including anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring site.
  • Technical logs used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

How we use information

  • To operate AI call answering, patient request capture, Workspace, and SMS follow-up when texting is active.
  • To manage accounts, virtual phone number configuration, setup, support, billing, and service notices.
  • To maintain opt-out records and honor STOP/HELP messaging requirements.
  • To monitor delivery, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • To understand how visitors find and use our public website and whether marketing leads to registration.
  • To comply with carrier, telecom, legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Website attribution

Our public website uses a first-party cookie and matching browser storage for up to 90 days to preserve campaign and referral attribution between missedcallsdental.com and app.missedcallsdental.com. The record may include anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring site. It does not contain patient communication data or the name, email address, or phone number entered into a form.

Referral links and Partner codes may be used to connect a clinic registration with the referring Partner. The related attribution record may be retained to administer customer discounts, Partner commissions, reconciliation, and dispute records.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising UET, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, the Reddit Pixel, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, and affiliate-attribution services to understand visits, registrations, and marketing performance. Depending on the tool and request, these providers may receive event names, page and referring-site information, browser or device information, an IP address as part of the ordinary network request, cookie or advertising click identifiers, and limited transaction amounts or identifiers.

We configure these tools not to intentionally receive patient information; call, transcript, SMS, or Workspace content; support messages; account or employee information; passwords; payment-card details; or the names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, or messages entered into forms. Marketing measurement is used on public marketing pages and, where needed, limited account-setup pages only to confirm a completed registration after the account was created. It is not used to track activity in the signed-in Workspace or Help Center.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide and support the service. This may include sharing data with the participating dental office, telecom and messaging providers, hosting providers, payment processors, affiliate-attribution providers, security tools, and professional advisors. We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to operate and support the missed-call follow-up service and comply with carrier, telecom, legal, security, and service requirements.

Patient communications and clinic role

Dental offices control their relationship with their patients and callers. Missed Calls Dental provides AI call answering, Workspace, and, when active, SMS follow-up tools and processes information needed to operate those tools. Each dental office remains responsible for its own patient communications, scheduling decisions, clinical decisions, required notices, consent practices, and compliance review.

Healthcare privacy

The service may process patient communication data on behalf of participating dental offices. Dental offices are responsible for determining whether their use of the service requires a business associate agreement, patient notice, or other healthcare privacy documentation. Missed Calls Dental does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency guidance.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support opt-out records, comply with legal or carrier requirements, resolve disputes, and improve security and reliability. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the account settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or telecom system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and SMS delivery depends on third-party carrier networks and recipient device settings.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser to reset the first-party website attribution record before registration. Referral or Partner attribution already associated with a clinic account may be retained as needed to administer discounts, commissions, reconciliation, and payout records. Message recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future automated messages from the relevant sender, or HELP for support information. Dental offices and account users can contact us to request support with account information, setup, or privacy questions.
