Terms

Last updated: May 24, 2026

These terms govern use of Missed Calls Dental, a missed-call SMS recovery service for dental offices.

Missed Calls Dental is a service operated by AllyExporter LLC.

Service

Missed Calls Dental helps dental offices follow up after missed, busy, or unanswered calls. The service may provide a virtual phone number, missed-call detection, automatic SMS follow-up, reply capture, opt-out handling, and related setup or support features.

Accounts and authorized use

You may use the service only for a legitimate dental office or authorized business purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, office configuration, staff access, forwarding settings, and any instructions you provide for the service.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

If a free trial is offered, the subscription price and trial period will be shown at signup. The current listed plan is: 21-day free trial, then $99/month. Paid billing starts only after SMS recovery is active, unless a different written agreement applies. You may cancel according to the billing flow or by contacting support before the next billing period. Fees already incurred may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Virtual phone numbers

If the service includes a virtual phone number, the number is provided for use with the service and may be subject to availability, carrier rules, registration requirements, and platform restrictions. Phone numbers should not be treated as permanently owned by the clinic unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

SMS compliance

You may not use the service for unsolicited marketing, spam, fake urgency, misleading sender identity, medical advice, illegal content, or any use that violates carrier rules, messaging policies, or applicable law. The service supports standard opt-out handling, including STOP and HELP workflows, but you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service is appropriate for your office and your patients.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Clinic responsibility

Dental offices are responsible for their patient relationships, patient communications, scheduling decisions, clinical decisions, consent practices, privacy notices, and compliance review. Missed Calls Dental provides communication tooling; it does not replace front-desk review, professional judgment, or clinic policies.

No medical or emergency service

The service is not an emergency system and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or clinical triage. Clinics should instruct patients to call emergency services for emergencies and to contact the office directly for clinical questions.

Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers for messaging, phone numbers, hosting, payments, email, analytics, security, and other infrastructure. Service availability and message delivery may be affected by those providers, carrier networks, recipient device settings, filtering, outages, or regulatory requirements.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message, or recovery of every missed caller. SMS and voice services can be delayed, filtered, blocked, or unavailable for reasons outside our control.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, if payment fails, if required registration or compliance information is missing, or if continued use may create legal, carrier, security, or platform risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Missed Calls Dental is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including lost appointments, lost revenue, message delivery failures, carrier filtering, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
