This page explains how Missed Calls Dental processes information to provide missed-call SMS recovery for participating dental offices.

Missed Calls Dental is a service operated by AllyExporter LLC.

Who we serve

Missed Calls Dental provides a communication workflow for dental offices. When a caller does not reach a participating office, the service can send an operational SMS follow-up, collect basic reply details, and make those details available to the office for review.

Information we may process

  • Dental office account information, office configuration, and staff business contact details.
  • Virtual phone number, call routing, missed-call, busy-call, and unanswered-call metadata.
  • SMS metadata, message content, reply content, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out records.
  • Setup requests, support messages, and related email communications.
  • Billing and subscription records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full.
  • Technical logs used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

How we use information

  • To operate missed-call SMS follow-up and route caller replies to the appropriate dental office.
  • To manage clinic accounts, virtual phone number configuration, setup, support, billing, and service notices.
  • To maintain opt-out records and honor STOP/HELP messaging requirements.
  • To monitor delivery, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • To comply with carrier, telecom, legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide and support the service. This may include sharing data with the participating dental office, telecom and messaging providers, hosting providers, payment processors, security tools, and professional advisors. We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to operate and support the missed-call follow-up service and comply with carrier, telecom, legal, security, and service requirements.

Patient communications and clinic role

Dental offices control their relationship with their patients and callers. Missed Calls Dental provides the missed-call SMS workflow and processes information needed to operate that workflow. Each dental office remains responsible for its own patient communications, scheduling decisions, clinical decisions, required notices, consent practices, and compliance review.

Healthcare privacy

The service may process patient communication data on behalf of participating dental offices. Dental offices are responsible for determining whether their use of the service requires a business associate agreement, patient notice, or other healthcare privacy documentation. Missed Calls Dental does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency guidance.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support opt-out records, comply with legal or carrier requirements, resolve disputes, and improve security and reliability. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the clinic account configuration.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or telecom system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and SMS delivery depends on third-party carrier networks and recipient device settings.

Your choices

Message recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future automated messages from the relevant sender, or HELP for support information. Dental offices and account users can contact us to request support with account information, setup, or privacy questions.
